A licence covers the released tools in Lamplighter for Canvas. Progress Report is currently available for evaluation. Additional tools are planned, with no delivery commitment.

Every plan covers released extension tools and ordinary product support by email. Training, custom development, integrations, compliance certification, central student analytics, and guaranteed response times are not included.
Ordinary support covers installation and licence help, troubleshooting and bug reports. A dedicated rollout project or requested custom change needs a separate agreement.
The annual Individual price equals ten monthly payments; twelve paid months cost $60. At full use a Team is $30 per instructor per year. Fewer than twelve instructors can spend less on separate annual Individual licences.
Separate groups at one institution may buy multiple Teams. Five fully used Teams cover 100 instructors for $3,000/year; an Institution licence instead covers all instructors within the agreed institutional scope. Choose coverage for the people who need it.
Current activation limit: an Individual key activates one browser installation. Changing computers or reinstalling may require us to release the old installation. Automatic transfer is not available yet. Team and Institution activation is being prepared; we will confirm availability and terms before accepting payment for those plans.
We start with the most recent agreed annual student full-time-equivalent enrollment (FTES), then consider your Canvas environments, rollout and support needs. This is student enrollment, not faculty headcount. Where your institution uses a different measure, we will agree a comparable figure and document it in the quote.
The annual price is negotiated within $3,000–$15,000 for one named college or university, with the covered locations and environments stated in the agreement. There are no automatic enrollment-band price jumps or per-install overage charges during the term. Multi-college districts and systems need a separate quote. Custom work is priced separately.
The written agreement states the covered entity, environments, annual term, price, renewal and cancellation terms, support contact and any separately priced services.
Institutional purchase does not give a supervisor access to individual faculty usage records or student data through Lamplighter.
Canvas workflow workshop: $500 one-time. A remote session up to 90 minutes for up to 20 people, up to 30 minutes of preparation using a standard outline, existing handouts, and one follow-up email collecting questions within seven days. Software subscriptions, custom course review, development, media production, travel and ongoing sessions are separate. Agree delivery and accessibility needs with us before booking.
The advertised trial is 30 days from the first licence check, normally when you first request a report. No card is required. Gavilan hosts are free under the current policy. An external pilot has its own written end date; ask before assuming an extension.

When checkout is configured, the key is available on its return page and an email is attempted. If the key does not arrive, contact us or use key recovery.
